    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    You can call or come in to our office during business hours, call the maintenance line at 888-614-3581 or submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.

  • What are some requirements that you have when taking over a property for new property management?

    We would like the house to be in rent-ready condition, meaning, the interior is to be clean, yard free of weeds and debris, and pest free. Our staff is available to assist with preparation, if needed. 

  • Do you require renters to obtain and keep renters insurance?

    Yes. We use FolioGuard Smart Ensure to enforce renters to have liability insurance.

  • What methods do you use to market vacant properties?

    We market homes on our own website along with Zillow Rental Network, Apartments.com,

    Realtor.com, Lovely, Zumper, Apartment List, Hunt, RentalSource.com. We also post listing on

    social media apps such as Facebook and Instagram.

  • How do we intend on protecting the integrity of the investment

    We utilize RentCheck Inspection app. This app requires tenants to do periodic inspections of

    the interior and exterior of the home with photo evidence that is timestamped and geolocation.

  • How long have we been in the property management business?
